Best optometry I've ever had in my life! Been wearing glasses since 4 and my vision is EXTREMELY impaired. I'm so nearsighted that i can't wear glasses for long periods of time. Had no idea i could even get my contacts actually covered after decades of wearing them--Michael's worked with me through the annoying prior auth process and i have eyesight :) thank you so much!
I was in urgent need to fix my glasses because I sat on them. Not my proudest moment! I walked into Michael's Optical and received the best customer service with the biggest smiles. They approached me and asked what I needed and I asked if it was possible to get a repair. They began to work on it right away and fixed it and cleaned my lenses within no time. As I went over to pay they said it was on the house and I couldn't have been more appreciative. I am not one to write yelp reviews but this store deserves acknowledgment for their kindness.
I have been getting my glasses here for over 15 years. They are thorough and professional. I am hard on my frames and get them adjusted frequently. In fact, I am going in this morning to get these frames adjusted.
