Had a hard time with Blue shield , but ANDREA is a rock star so I was able to come see this practice for my eyes! Happy with my first apt. The doctor was personable and super cool, he answered anything I asked and explained all things he was doing prior to doing them ( which I loved) .. the gentleman who took my out of pocket was throughou and explained what I owed and why! ( also! Big plus!!!!) They are awesome. Ordered some contacts, got a pair of glasses adjusted..and checked others out.. I will be back! Thank you ALL!

After driving around with a broken pair of glasses I stumbled upon urban optics. I meandered in and Jofni kindly fixed my glasses while I waited and wouldn't charge me.This is what customer service is all about. The selection of frames are amazing and couple that with great customer service I will be back for my next pair of glasses. Thank you

I've been a client of Urban Optics for over ten years. Their staff is alway top notch, with great advice of different options that look good on you. Their selection of glasses is always great from the funky to traditional and everything in between. Dr Schultz is the best optometrist I've had the pleasure of being a patient of, all of his state of the art equipment make eye exams quick and painless. The staff is also great at readjusting glasses that get tweaked from everyday abuse. Customer for life.
