The VA contracted them to provide care for my elderly father. Once they finally provided a caregiver, she was not very ambitious and basically just watched TV/movies with my dad. That is NOT what we need assistance with. I basically had to tell/teach her what to do when it is all in the care plan. After a week of working she called out sick for a week. Maxim did not provide assistance in her absence. I no longer wanted that caregiver as she was unreliable and had no initiative.

Really great group of people working here! Everybody is very helpful and willing to work hard to get you everything you need. You can tell they really care about every nurse and every client they work with. They have someone on call 24-7 so theyre always there when you need them. Trustworthy and hard working company, I highly recommend them!

Are you employed here if so don't Ever let them over pay you and if they do you don't have to pay it back California state law In addition they steal your tax money that they claim they over pay you. Every time you are over paid ask for a IRS FORM 843 before you sign any illegal contact for them. Trust me
