Constantly re-billing for equipment we didn’t need and accusing us of not returning same equipment. Medical issues were bad enough. Constant harassment for payments, rental fees and missing equipment are too much. Shame on Apria.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was a new mom and my dr office suggested I use this company to get a breast pump which would be covered by my insurance. It was not covered so I was billed out of pocket, I made payments to pay off the breast pump and they claimed the charges were reversed and sent me to collections for the entire amount that was paid for! I’m now having to send proof I paid, dealing with their nightmare of support who give me the run around, and have debt collections on my credit report all thanks to this company. The WORST medical company in America. They are my only option for insurance covered CPAP supplies, and they constantly send things and bill the insurance and when I order send the wrong supplies and refuse to reimburse me. I won't even use them with my insurance. I would rather pay full price from other CPAP suppliers than deal with this incompetent company.
