About Koei-Kan Karate-Do of San Luis Obispo
Koei-Kan Karate-Do of San Luis Obispo is a traditional martial art that offers a well-rounded training experience. With a focus on both traditional and practical application, students can expect to learn kata/forms, weapons training, kumite/sparring, and self-defense techniques. The dojo has been operating since 1993 and is led by experienced instructors, including chief instructor Shihan Larry Rhodes. Classes are available for both juniors and adults, and students can train at their own level, from beginner to advanced. With a flexible training schedule and a supportive environment, Koei-Kan Karate-Do is a great place to learn and grow.
