Sophie has a wonderfuly unique approach that is effective and energizing for the body while relaxing and therapeutic for the mind. She was 100% professional. felt I had made a friend and received more than value for cost. I would recommend Sophie to anyone.
I just got out of a 90 min with Sophie and I didn't want to leave. I wasn't there for any specific problem or reason so she worked whole body. From the beginning until the end I was relaxed, felt great the whole time. She worked out the knots in my back and neck. I couldn't be more relaxed, I'm ready to go back asap. Thanks Sophie!!!
