I use to live in Monterey and always had a stylist out there. Moving to Los Angeles I had a really hard time finding one and trusting someone with my hair. During Covid I had some pretty bad experiences with my hair and was always so nervous getting it done.I was doing tons of research on salons everywhere in Los Angeles and I felt like none of them stood out to me. Fast forward, I was headed up to San Luis to see some family. I was so desperate to find someone to do my hair. I came across this salon on Instagram. I’ve been seeing Megan at Gypsy and Oak for two years now and my hair has never felt or looked better. My hair is blonde, thin, and when I started seeing her, damaged. For the past year I’ve doing invisible bead extensions with Megan and they have been so amazing.
