Once I was brought in for my procedure, everything was smooth and very professional. My only beef is I sat in the over-air-conditioned waiting room for nearly an hour past my appointment time before being brought back for the procedure.
Definitely not the most desirable procedure to go through, but everyone that was involved with this made the experience far better than I could have imagined. Concerned, professional, informative, and even a bit entertaining. What a great staff you have! My personal thanks to all of you.
