Rennie is a real one of a kind talent. The tattoo she did for me is beyond my expectations. Her art work is impeccable. My entire experience at Electric Monarch Tattoo was fantastic. The ambiance is fun , open and extremely clean. Nothing cluttered or overcrowded. They have a lot of really cool plants around and the vibe is good.
