The water heater went out on a Sunday and I called Drain Doctors thinking I would leave a message. They had an answering service who kindly took the information and a worker even called me right back to let me know the office would get in touch with me the next day.Rick came out on Monday morning and I can't say enough good things. He was kind, professional, helpful, and skilled. He offered suggestions and did solid work fast. I have hot water in less than 24 hours! Rick also just went above and beyond to help me move my things and was considerate about how they were stored. Thank you so much for your help and I will reach out to this company again for any future needs.
