Animal Care Clinic has been fabulous from my initial phone call to schedule my dog to be seen for a leg injury to the staff. The woman who took my call (can't remember her name) was probably one of the most gracious office staff personnel I have ever encountered anywhere for anything! She asked me several questions on what was going on with my dog and booked me for an appointment a few weeks out, which she apologized for the delay and was not a big deal for me since it wasn't an emergency. I liked that they were fast and efficient. Their Covid protocol only made things more convenient. They were nice and apparently my cat did not allow more than one vaccine to be administered and they brought her back and respected her wishes. I will be going back for her next shots.
