Dr. O'Reilly and his staff have always gone the extra mile to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with treatments, procedures, etc. My cat was always cool and calm leaving his office and that's something to appreciate in a Vet.Highly recommend

*For the Vaccine Clinic and Staff*My credibility to support these claims is that I've been to a lot of vets and also I've worked at two really amazing dog kennels, still do!We came in today, Saturday around 12:30pm, thirty minutes before they closed. I think the front desk was amazing at greeting the customers, taking the time to be efficient with her and my time.There was already two groups ahead of us and then another group came in after. So, I thought they would be pretty slammed with only 30 minutes left in their work day. But to my surprise, they were very efficient and we were out of there by 1:07. My rescue dog had some paw issues ( pretty bad) I got in to see the Dr. And was surprised at the time he took to explain to me every th ing and did very specific tests ( not wasting my time and money) I found him to be kind and polite and informative..... and now my little rescue "Ubba" is all better and I could not be happier.
