Clean and spacious facility. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Both of our dogs have been seen here multiple times now. We feel confident the veterinary is helping keep us on the best and least expensive path to our dogs health. We've had vet offices that truly seem to try to run every test they can think of when our dog comes in for a little sebaceous cyst. Not this official. They keep it specific and pointed towards what is bothering your pup. Very much appreciated.
I 100% recommend the vet clinic! I have been taking all of my animals here for years. I have never had a negative experience. I recently brought in a feral cat that I wanted to take responsibility for that had been attacked. They handled him with such love and care. Dr. Cherry made me feel extra Comfortable as well! Lol She had to sedate him to be examined and for the wounds treated, they offered to neuter him since he was being sedated anyway, to save me time and money in the long run. I am very grateful to the reminders that I received when vaccines need to be updated or check ups are due. I'd like to think this business for being the warm, inviting compassionate place that I enjoy bringing my animals to even during the really difficult times.
We have multiple pets that have been treated here over the years. Sadly, we have never felt a connection with any of the doctors (we've seen them all) and the staff turn over is so high it's difficult to get to know anyone very well. Our pets have all been treated alright but even our dog walkers give them more loving attention. Which is surprising for an animal clinic. The friendliness of staff and doctor alike is nothing to sing praise about. The cost of treatment is significantly more than other clinics in the area. The days and hours are very limited so if you work in a high demanding position (such as healthcare or emergency personnel) with no flexibility, please do not expect any empathy from them as they will not work with your schedule. Originally we came here because it was close to our home and the reviews seemed great. However, 3 years later after having our own experience it's time to write our own review.
