I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Alexandra Andersson, a chiropractor who came to my Jiu Jitsu academy where I train her daughter in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After recently finishing a tournament, I was dealing with discomfort from a rib that was out of place, which was impacting my movement and causing difficulty with my breathing.
Dr. Andersson’s expertise impressed me from the start. She assessed my condition right on the mat, and her understanding of both chiropractic care and physical well being was evident. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping me.
I went to Dr Alexandra with a shoulder issue that came up after training. I could barely raise it. She was able to alleviate the pain through her stretching techniques and deep tissue massage. After the first session I was pretty much 75% pain-free and mobility was improved greatly. More importantly, she was very helpful in pinpointing different areas that are causing the pain in the shoulder. Very impressed with her knowledge and she her approach on body wellness.
