KMC was very responsive to all my questions and returned emails and calls almost immediately. Bryan performed the work thoroughly, professionally, and left our furniture looking excellent. Most of the water was extracted so it dried quickly. We are very pleased.
This is the second time I have used KMC services. The first time it was the first-time-in-forever that my couch and my collection of oriental/persian rugs and runners had been professionally cleaned. KMC was incredibly efficient moving my couch onto my deck to thoroughly clean it, and collecting all my rugs for really deep cleaning at their facility. This time, I asked them to clean two couches and 2 of my carpets. Because they had done such a thorough job last time, I asked them to clean the carpets on site at our house -- which they did. Five star service from Kenny today. Our dull beige area rug is now the same white as when we got it a few years ago and other rugs he cleaned look awesome as well. The deep cleaning of the hardwood floors by the sink have them looking much better. Kenny was professional and great to work with. Highly recommend!
