I booked the appt with Amy, who was very friendly, professional and gave me great recommendation on a suitable hairstyle. She gave me an amazing cut and style, I was very very happy. “Jennifer is amazing! The salon is beautiful and relaxing. I had my first appointment with her today after being terrified to cut my curly hair for two years. My last cut I left in tears after thinning shears and a relaxer was used. I spent a lot of time searching for a new stylist and kept coming back to Jennifer’s website so I knew I needed to just schedule with her. Somehow I made a mistake and my appointment was for the wrong day, I drove two hours with an infant, my husband took two days off work and we stayed at a hotel before even knowing it was the day after what I thought. Jennifer switched appointments around and made it happen for me. I arrived and was welcomed with the offer of beverages or snacks. She explained everything she was doing so well and her assistant did so great on my wash and explaining noodling and wash techniques, my scalp felt amazing after. I did a luxury deep condition and am glad I did. She again offered a beverage so I accepted and had a sparkling wine. This was the first time I’ve been away from my baby for more than 45 minutes since she was born and I felt so relaxed and pampered. Jennifer waited to cut more length off until after washing and styling incase of shrinkage and then added in the extra layers I wanted around my face. She is a busy lady and I can see why, she is friendly, professional and thoughtful. She really knows why she’s doing and takes her time to make sure you’re happy. “Tina Soto is a godsend!! I came to her for color correction after a humbling DIY color attempt and she fixed it exactly the way I wanted! I was able to get a hold of her via call/text and was able to work from the reference photos I sent her. She tries to understand what your style is like before starting and has targeted suggestions, which I highly appreciated since I've had stylists unwilling to do this before. She has an air of confidence that made it really easy to trust her, not to mention she's super down to earth and the salon itself has very relaxing vibes. She was very careful throughout the entire process and really knows what she's doing. As a result, the blonde I asked for actually feels healthier and more manageable than the last one I got from a previous stylist (which felt fried even after trimming). She also acknowledges the fun in getting experimental colors and styles, which will definitely have me coming back when I decide to have something more unconventional :) Thanks again Tina, it was a pleasure!“
