I was beyond grateful for Tori - the support and kindness she extended to me as I was trying to figure things out, was incredible! She put in extra time and effort to assist me and my sister. Her knowledge, understanding, and patience for families that are struggling with this process gave me peace and comfort in knowing everything would work out…and it did. She was amazing and I am so thankful.
