Prices are really low if you get the wax passes. She's nice and keeps her work area clean and relaxing. She's very strict on clients being late but when she's a no show she doesn't refund or try to make it right. My experiences where:1. I got the year long pass and she didn't show up to an appointment but when you use one of the passes its taken away from the total and she never added it back2. She changed her locations a few times in the year i was going to her and her schedule kept changing too. She does try to accommodate wax pass clients but it was extra thing to deal with 3. Along with that when I would try to set up an appointment through text she would tell me to go through her website but then not have her actually availability updated

I have been here acouple times, i love supporting black businesses and their owners but the services I’ve received were not worth the money ive paid for them! I always have to go over everything with my own wax warmer and its extremely unprofessional AND EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to have to go over work you’re paying someone who says they’re thorough to do. Hopefully her craft improves but i will no longer be going here since i have to basically wax myself when im home because she left so much hair left over.

This lady is deceiving. She says 5 mins late we keep the deposit but when she is late it's ok. Also she is very cunning and smart with her mouth.. Try to keep $20 for Groupon deposit
