My overall experience was wonderful! Specially,Doctor Trinh N Huynh made my visit truly amazing & enjoyable; she was very attentive with all my concerns, give me numerous options that would work for me & made the whole experience very pleasant.Truly an amazing Doctor!! The staff that helped me order my contacts were super nice as well.
The staff provided great service, they were very kind and professional. AND we got our glasses in two weeks.I broke my glasses and I took them back..they repaired them on the spot! Thank you Walmart
This place always has issues. They can never find my insurance and last time they never called me to tell me my glasses were ready. This time, I went to get my lenses replaced. When I went to go pick up my glasses, Francesca noticed one of my screws were messed up and wouldn't be able to be fixed. I dropped off my glasses with the messed up screw and it was not mentioned to me. I paid over $100 to be given back broken glasses when I could've just used that money to buy a new pair for the same price. Then the manager tells me that my glasses shouldn't have even been accepted with the broken screw! Waste of my time and money.
