I requested an inspection on yelp and got prompt response and scheduled a timely appointment. The inspector, David, arrived early, and he is also very polite and wears shoe covers when going through the interior. I feel that he listens to my concerns and makes reasonable suggestions, very easy to work with. I will definitely consider the business when I need service in the future.
Nick came by for an inspection and was very professional. Arrived on time, listened to everything I had to say, answered all my questions, and informed me as well as give tips on what to look for. Don't need any services, but if I do, will definately contact them. Excellent!
Times Up Termite was recommended to me by one of my neighbors when I needed an inspection and some old trim and a door replaced on my home. I did not have termites (yay!) and I got my quote for the repairs. They were slightly delayed in transit coming from previous worksites but they were still in the timeline they provided and most importantly communicative.They were excellent in describing what they were working on, how things were getting replaced, and professional in how they got it done.
