Said they would come early then showed up late. Quoted $184 for a 3 bedroom home then tried to double the price on scene, but I told them no and talked them down on the price.. Two technicians damaged my walls and chipped the paint with the hose. They SOAKED my carpets!!! I didn't see any steam so my guess is this is water and suction carpet cleaning.. Said they'd do a double extraction of the water for quicker dry time but that didn't happen. Then their carpet cleaning machine broke down. Said they would get another van and come back. I do clean the carpet in my apartment every 6 months. I used to call different cleaners. But these guys are unbelievable. The cleanest ever. They did a fantastic job . Thank you guys.
