The experience was awesome. Once I walked in I asked for the help that I needed. It was right on it when they requested for someone to help me. The person that they requested was helping someone else. It was nothing they got right on it and they actually had helped me themselves. They were awesome. I would recommend it to anyone. # they rock!!!!

I’m writing this review today because I’m extremely happy with the times I’ve visited I’m always assisted by Leydy and she wows me every time. She’s extremely patient and truly gets to understand your wants and needs and doesn’t try to just sell you products and she goes into detail about each product and explains every step. If you lady’s ever stop at Sephora Marina square ask for Leydy.

The store is clean, well organized and well staffed.I had received an email on 7/6/23 saying I could get my bday gift in the store, belated. When I arrived, I couldn't find the email and the manager wouldn't give a gift, but gave 250 points to my acct.
