Rid-Out roofing did a great job 20 years ago installing a new roof. It had been a while for a full replacement, prior owners just put new roofs over the top the old, so needed to remove 4 roofs and then add back in the final work. Had some repairs to do as well. Good price and did the work quickly. When problems arose over the years, they are quick to get out and perform the necessary repairs. Solid company and a good price.
I had a great experience with this company. We hired them to tear out and replace our existing roof shingles and rain gutters. We are very happy with the work that was performed, and the way the new roof and gutters look. Not only that, but they were significantly less expensive than the other company we had provide a quote first for the same materials.
The customer service that I received from the office was from day one, above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Michelle was very friendly, helpful, and gracious, and always quick to respond to emails when needed. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a roofing company.
After speaking with the office manager, Michelle, today, we were able to come to a resolution that I was very satisfied with. She was receptive and understanding, and incredibly reasonable and fair in her assessment of the situation. A massive thanks to her for setting things right.
