I was sad to leave Family Focus Optometry because my vision coverage changed within my company but I was equally as pleased when visiting Dr. Neishi and his assistant for the first time. Sadly, I forget his assistant's name, despite talking to her several times and we also share the same birthday. But we had a good laugh when I first went in because I handed her my paperwork, which I unfortunately forgot to fill out. But afterwards everything went smooth and efficiently. They were able to order me some custom lenses which came in within 1.5 weeks and when I finally decided on the color I received my actual pair within the next few days. Communication was great and while I hear that Dr. Neishi may be retiring next year I certainly hope it's not true.
I miss going to Dr. Neishi office. He takes so much care and time for every patient. Every other place I went since (moved to NY) has taken only 5 minutes or tried to upsell me on their products in a very scamming way. Although I live in NY now, I still plan to go to Dr. Neishi when I head home for the holidays for my annual and contact lense exam. Highly recommended if you want a legit doctor!Also the staff is very friendly!
This has been the only Optometrist I've ever gone to, so I don't have much to compare it to, but the only reason it's the only one I've gone to is because I love this optometry! The Dr. is always really nice and the receptionist are always really pleasant to talk to. I've been coming here for more or less 6 years now. Haven't had a reason not to come back.
