So back in 2011, 2012, I went for a makeup appt before my civil wedding on a Thursday. I think at that time, the owner was trying out this new service. Well I was the Guinea pig. The make up sucked, left my face dry, and honestly, she just didn't have the artistic skills. Upon making the appt, she asked what time I wanted to come. I said oh 9am. Well AFTER the service was done, she charged me extra for coming in at 9am! Say what? I complained as to why and she said because they didn't open until 10am!!! I asked her why did she not advise to this before I scheduled it, thinking they opened at 9am- I wasn't even asking for a special time to come in. How would... read full review
