Nice lady. But she has no machines to fix my dress! Cannot hem my dress?! Unbelievable! You own an alteration shop, you should have all machine, and accessories! Come on! Just lazy I think.

I love ❤️ love Joy cleaners. It really is a hidden gem. There are at least 6 dry cleaners closer to me. I chose Joy Cleaners because it had fantastic reviews. So, glad I did bc it is a local mom & pop shop (except Pop has passed on).The lovely lady there is sooooooo friendly & thankful for your business. She has altered a suit for prom for us, cleaned my boys' "funeral" suits & much much more.Did I mention that her prices are so reasonable? It is worth the extra drive for me.

I needed a dress hemmed and Joy Cleaners did a great job. I can't remember the lady''s name but she was very nice. She really took the time to measure the length and got it just right. the dress was kinda expensive so I was a little worried going with a cleaners and not a traditional tailor; but I will definitely use Joy Cleaners for future alterations. The price is also reasonable and turnaround was about a week. I did not need it for a few weeks so that worked for me.
