My HMO uses the unbelievably crummy Brown & Toland I.P.A., and Dr. Min is in-network with them (and their only L.Ac. near me). So I went to his office for an appointment. To begin with, Dr. Min has a very questionable mastery of the English language, both in speaking and comprehension. Then he complained to me repeatedly about the hassles he had to endure dealing with my HMO insurance plan (like I need to hear this--and then why did he bother signing up with them in the first place?).
