When I checked in, they told me to come 40 minutes later as there were 3 people ahead of me. Made sense and I realized I should have called beforehand! I went for a quick workout and they were ready to take me at 2pm. The ladies were very nice and the person who cut my hair happened to speak cantonese so she gave me good tips on haircare and told me that my hair is so wavy that it won't stay straight despite her straightening several times. I was a bit nervous entering the salon because it's my first time getting my hair dyed in America, but when I tell you that this salon exceeded my expectations! The process was the usual 2-3 hours, but the products the stylist used was not damaging to my hair! She did exactly what I asked for and I left the salon feeling confident and happy. The vibe was super welcoming in the salon, I felt really comfortable! I Recommend

Honestly? I've had high end salon cuts all the way down to cheap cuts and I've realized that I don't really care about the extra stuff as long as the cut is even. Today, I called around 11am and they said that I can come in at noon. The shop is right off Hesperian and there's a parking lot. The shop itself is not fancy hit clean enough. I was seated as soon as I walked in. She did a dry cut. I asked for long layers and curtain bangs. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Overall, left satisfied. The one thing that would take this trip to a 3.5 would be that she flat ironed my hair without putting heat protection on it. I was cringing the entire time. Been... read full review
