Awesome company! I had a hard time getting a hold of a service provider to check, clean and repair any possible issues with my fireplace. DNA called me back right away and had someone out just a few days later. Rick Fisher was super friendly, knowledgeable and speedy when he arrived at my house. I enjoyed the whole experience from the quick reply by phone to the actual inspection. I also appreciate that Rick went the extra mile to explain to me how to use the fireplace because I have never had one before. These folks installed a metal chimney liner and a rotating top on our chimney. When there was a small problem with the installation, the owner came out within a couple days and fixed it. Also came out a year later and made an adjustment at no charge. Really nice team. Organized and dependable. Would def recommend.

There was a wait to have my dryer vent cleaned out but well worth it. The tech did the job efficiently and hooked the dryer back up so that it was ready for use. Their price was very affordable. Other estimates I got were outrageous. Totally happy with their work and orice.
