She wasn't able to get the stain out but still charged me the full price - $25 down the drain!

Edit- I put the dress in the washing machine and the stain came right out and the dress was fine! (Only reason I didn't do that at first was bc it said dry clean only). No clue why Custom Cleaners wasn't able to get it out but l still charged me the full amount

I rarely use the cleaners, but I need a place that was open late and doesn't charge a lot for I need some work pants I purchased hemmed so they could fit since I am so short. The clerk was nice.

Horrible experience, took in my wedding dress did nothing I asked sewed up the sleeves in a bunch you can see the piece that should have been removed but she just sewed it up, she ripped my dress and didn’t fix it, Looked horrible in pictures and it showed also she didn’t give me my laces used to tie up my dress and had to use shoelaces on my wedding dayService: Wedding gown alterations
