We had a behemoth of a heater from the 1950s and the thought of replacing felt like the biggest chore. Contra Costa came in and gave us a cleaner and more efficient system within a few hours. They got rid of the old beast and cleaned up behind themselves. Extremely professional, hard working and friendly crew. They also had great pricing options. I’ll choose them every time!! Thank you.

Original post: Like some of the other posters, we also found Contra Costa through Home Depot. Unfortunately, our experience has not been like the others! The scheduling has been very, very difficult at every point. When they finally came out, they left a folder with a number for us to call to schedule the final inspection. I called the number and the company told me they no longer provide the service. I called Contra Costa back, and after several voicemails finally got someone, and they begrudgingly said they would handle it. The inspector came, and we did not pass inspection. Peter Rangel did excellent job root-causing and fixing our air conditioning at reasonable cost. He explained what the issue was, what caused it and made sure fix was working before he left.
