We had Bay Area Design create our design plans for our addition. They did excellent work. We then hired their construction company DR Design to build our addition. We were happy with the results. Daniel and his staff were great. I highly recommend them for your design needs and if you need an honest and helpful contractor Daniel Del Rio is your man.
Searching for an architect was a process, and ultimately narrowed down my search to Bay Area Design Consultants to draw up blueprints for our house addition. Daniel has a great team under him; his design team were very collaborative in meeting my vision in drawing up the blueprints; and during the planning stages, his team also handled the burden in being in direct contact with the city in submitting paperwork and following any revisions needed. During the planning stages, I'd ultimately went with BADC to also handle the getting the addition built. Once the plans were approved and permit obtained, Daniel's construction crew, led by Alejandro, were on the ball to get construction started. During the construction phase, Daniel and his team were great to work with and responsive to any revisions that the city-inspectors, or myself included, had communicated. If you're looking for a company for an upcoming home renovation or remodel, from literally start-to-finish, look no further because their quality of work and customer service is definitely 5-stars!
I was looking for a contractor, architect, and electrician, an all in one company, and I found it with BADC. Daniel and his team are very easy to work with. I told Daniel what I want and he's making it happen. Our house is not built yet but I know he & his team will make it beautiful, just the way we want it. Right now we are finishing up our ADU for my mom to live in. My mom is really excited about her new home and the pieces are coming together. Once that's done we'll be starting to build our new home. I'm really looking forward to living in a brand new home. One I can come home to and relax. Right now our house needs a lot of major work & Daniel listens to what I want and what I need. He's been communicating with us throughout this major project & has been helping us especially to stay within our budget.
