I've been bringing my office shirts to Bancroft Cleaners since Gianni and I moved to the Bay Area, and they've consistently done a great job. The quality of their work is reliable, turnaround times are reasonable, and my shirts always come back looking crisp and professional.
Over time, we've also started bringing in my husband's shirts, and the experience has been just as positive. It's nice to have a local business we can count on for regular dry cleaning and shirt service.

I'm giving these guys 5 stars because I came in at 5:00 pm on a Friday evening and pleaded with them to tailor my pants to 1 size wider by 6:30. While the front girl gave me the stink eye, one of the kind women in the back said "Sure we can do that." Sure enough, 1 1/2 hours later, they finished my pants and they fit perfect. And the price wasn't all that bad either. THAT is A+ customer service. I will def come here again in the future.

I put 7 shirts, along with other clothing, into the cleaners to be washed and ironed, and 1 shirt to be dry cleaned.
But the cleaners decided the water in the wash tank was to hot to wash 2 polyester shirts so they dry cleaned them and charged me an additional $7 dollars on a $61 dollar dry cleaning bill without my permission.
The cleaners did'nt bother to call me and ask me about the extra charge.
Ofcourse, I will not take any clothing there again for their care. That Bancroft Cleaners at 625 Bancroft Avenue, in San Leandro, Ca, is not a responsible business.
The people there who run that place do not care about what the customer wants.
