The people that work there are fun, friendly, Professional and make everyone feel comfortable. The studio is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing even though they make you work hard!!
I tried the Exercise Coach as part of my goal of improving my health despite shaving some previous medical issues. I've been a client for a couple years now and their premise of seeing results with only needing a commitment of two 25 minute sessions per week has been borne out. The trainers are very friendly and I look forward to my visits. The machines keep the workouts challenging and varied and the data tracking helps me see my progress. It is more costly because of the one-on-one time with a trainer, but it's hard to put a price on feeling better physically and mentally.
I have been coming here for 2 months now. I am slowly getting stronger with all the main muscle groups in my body. So when I do sports, I am less sore and less prone to injury. So far, all the coaches are great. Scheduling is easy. Thank you Exercise Coach.
