“Orange Twist is my place when I'm visiting my family in Orange County. I get treatments there that are not offered at my local med spa at home because it is a beautiful space, very clean, and I love the deals I get with my membership. Every treatment I have had has been a pleasurable experience because I truly feel that they are artistic in their approach, they listen to what I need and make intelligent suggestions based on that and I have been really happy. Months down the road I have no regrets- thrilled with the end result and I am eager to go back the next time I am down there. I do want to mention something that is not the fault of the branch itself but rather the corporate side of it all, they need to sort out the issues with Xperience points so that clients are not left waiting for them to be credited their accounts. Also, the Orange Twist website leaves much to be desired. I would suggest investments are made in upgrading it to be more user-friendly by adding account features that allow one to see how much is in their bank, what treatments have been scheduled and with whom, etc. Again, not the fault of Orange Twist SJC but the greater company itself. Staying on top of e-commerce technology is one of the most important things you can do and if you have any kind of online presence your website must be up to scratch.“
