I rarely do reviews but I feel Polo Cleaners in San Juan gave me such incredible service! I got my custom sofa cushions cleaned and both the girls at the front desk, as well as the owner himself ran me through all options and potential outcomes. The service was done 4 days early and there was very clear communication. I appreciate such attentive customer care!

Polo is the best. Without a doubt. The staff is extremely polite, prices are fair and dry cleaning is ready the next day, most of the time within 24 hours, for the standard rate. I just moved to the area about 3 months ago and am very happy that I gave Polo a shot. Thank you!

Dropped off 6 items at about 10 AM on Monday. Received an email before noon on Tuesday that my laundry was ready to be picked up! The staff were friendly and professional, and all items were clean and pressed. Doesn’t seem like a big deal, but not many business transactions go smoothly these days. This one was did. Thanks
