We had a very expensive wool rug which was damaged from a water leak into the garage. I called OC Rugs and had an appraisal done which really helped with my insurance claim. I also had my rug cleaned and restored. The owner of this company called me on several occasions to update me in regards to the insurance claim and personally spoke to my insurance adjuster to get me the most to help pay for my rug appraisal and restoration. This company picked up and delivered my rug in a timely manner . I am very pleased with the expertise and experience this company offered to me at what was a difficult situation to deal with .
