We have been using Oasis for our HVAC needs for at least 25 years, and they never disappoint. The 28 year old system Oasis installed for us was recently totaled by a power surge. Usually I do a lot of research before major purchases. But needed the system repaired as quickly as possible, and authorized this work with only a rudimentary understanding of all the changes that have occurred in AC equipment over the last 25 years. I felt relatively secure in this decision, since Oasis installed the original system and has been doing yearly maintenance, and has never steered me wrong.

I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning in San Juan Capistrano. Oasis replaced the original furnace in my 1978 tract house in Newport Beach. They moved the equipment from a ground floor closet to the attic, replaced and added to the original ducting and installed the first air conditioning unit in this house in its history.
Brian Baldridge, his family members and their staff run a very impressive, service-oriented operation. Bryant, part of the Carrier group, is very good equipment. But what sets Oasis apart from many other good contractors is the extreme emphasis Brian and his crews place on the details of the installation.

I went with Oasis because they were good with communication and price competitive with the other quotes I received. Oasis offered a stronger warranty than many others and had flexibility with brands. Chris was on-time for the estimate, discussed options to understand my needs, and was not high pressure like some other companies. Brent and Quincy were a great install team--very attentive to details, and that's what I liked because I know they made sure it got done right.
