Great workout ! Comprehensive and plenty challenging! Kamal listens when you tell him a limitation and helped modify a couple of exercises. This gym feels like you are invited to a personal space to achieve success. Great sound track and fun vibe. My buns are STILL feeling it! My two friends and I all appreciated your personal approach even though there were three of us! Thank you!
