I only trained at Invictus for 3 months to prepare for my upcoming collegiate soccer season, but in those 3 months I was constantly supported and surrounded by a positive community. I was able to achieve my goals in such a short amount of time and now feel so much stronger than I did before.

I found Invictus online and was impressed by their message about health and wellness for everyday living: no big egos, macho, or overly intense messaging.When we first met, I was experiencing a lot of physical pain, stiffness walking, and not feeling my best.From the start, the professionals at Invictus were kind and patient. They have big hearts and care deeply about their clients.The workouts are challenging and result in me leaving the gym each day feeling better than when I arrived.They helped me maintain accountability and discipline in pursuing healthy fitness goals.Today, I'm six months into regular training - 3-5 days a week. It's been many months since I've experienced any soreness, and the stiffness and pain have vanished.The community they have built is supportive and inclusive. This community is a big part of what I look forward to each week.We learn together, have fun, and go on nature hikes, and they are always coming up with new ideas to keep it interesting.I still have a long way to go, and realizing I will never "arrive"; it's a daily journey to support myself in living my best life for my family, partners, friends and me.We are always young enough to continue evolving our lives in ways that support us in making our part of the world a better and happier place.The work is worth it, and if you need help navigating the path ahead, I cannot think of a better place than Invictus.

Starting at Invictus I had no clue how to incorporate heavier weights into my workout and use the correct form. Through the small group personal training I not only feel more confident working out but I have also gained a wonderful supportive community. Kamal is the absolute best - his coaching sessions have gotten me through tough weeks and he is always there to support us all. He makes sure to monitor form and modifies workouts based on your needs and health concerns. Prior to working out at Invictus I struggled with tons of soreness in my calves after workouts that prevented me from going on long walks and running and now I can run multiple times a week and not have anywhere near the same soreness. Very happy to have joined Invictus!

Atmosphere is fun and friendly. Josh and Kamal are great trainers. The workouts are progressive, personally geared toward your goals, and easily fit into a busy schedule. I have loved my time here!
