Wanted to review our customer service experience. We've owned a Flip Out Window for 3 years now and it's been great to us. A month ago, we noticed that there was a seal starting to come loose. The window was still functional and no water was getting through. We notified Flip Out and they came out within 48 hours to replace the seals without charge. The team disassembled the window and took the extra time to replace all of the seals.
Exceptional customer service.
We have been in our new home for over 2 years and still love our flip out window. It's the focal point of our home. They had no problems shipping it to us all the way to Oklahoma.
What can I say, product met our specifications to a T. Good communication. Billing was well received. Staff was easy to work with. In closing an excellent product. We will not hesitate to use your firm again in the future.
