“From our first meeting, Gustavo showed up on time. We went thru all the areas that needed to be fixed( and there were about a hundred items) Gustavo send us a detailed pricing by item(unlike other contractors who just gave us a lump sum). We went through all the items one at a time and altered some of the details. He started the project on time and completed it exactly within the projected timeframe. His crew always showed up as promised and did a good quality work. Whenever we had a question or a concern about any of the items, Gustavo displayed a very good and accommodating attitude, always taking care of any rising issues. For the kitchen countertop, Gustavo referred us to a major manufacturer , who sells only for contractors. We chose our countertop and he brought it over and had it installed in a very high-quality manner. His tile man did a high-quality job as well . Possibly the most impressive thing Gustavo did was the shower door. It is very elegant and runs so smoothly. Another area was our master bedroom vanity, which was a nonstandard size. Gustavo designed, and installed a beautiful vanity, using the same quartz as the kitchen. After the project was over, we contacted him for few concerns or changes He promptly sent his staff to take care of all the items. If you are looking for a pretty good quality work at a reasonable price I highly recommend Luciano Construction!!“

“As I stated originally, this company did great work. Updating just to post some pics. Note these pics are years after the install but the bathroom cabinet and bookcase still look and function perfectly. Babak was the only one I could find that was capable of understanding the ACAD drawing i rendered for the bathroom cabinet designed to fit the space and allow for drawers to work around the piping underneath. Looking at the rest of the reviews, it is apparent he delivers the same quality on full remodels and he would still be the first person i would call for remodeling work.“
