The best Pilates Studio in South Orange County. Great instructors who want to see you improve and succeed. There is a new class called Full Body Suspension that is a real cardio work out and a lot of fun.
I have gained so much strength and flexibility thanks to the Align Pilates and Yoga team. The instructors give cues for good alignment, which is a huge help! I started out unable to even reach my toes, but have now conquered both mat and equipment classes with confidence (including forward-folds with hands on the floor)
Such a wonderful place to explore yoga, Pilates or aerial yoga. The owners Cara and Nicole are knowledgeable and inviting. The instructors are amazing and you'll enjoy trying everything they offer.
