Zenith Bodywork is one of the best message therapy locations in the Bay Area. When I communicate the areas that I am feeling problems Nicole knows the body so well that she knows that the cause of the problem may be elsewhere and instinctively is able to help loosen those muscles. Nicole also understands that it is a journey, no one visit will instantly fix you so Nicole is willing to help by suggesting stretches that will help you further loosen and strengthen the affected area. I just had my first 75 min appointment with Peter and I am very pleased. I've been trying to find a good massage therapist for the past 12 years and have been unsuccessful until now. He addressed all of my problem areas very well and was able to work on others that I didn't even know were tight. I finally found someone who could apply enough pressure to the areas that needed work. The end result was that I felt infinitely better at the end of the appointment. I am definitely going to be a regular, returning customer and highly recommend Peter to others who need good bodywork.

Nicole is AMAZING! I have been to a lot of massage and PT places but so far Nicole is the best. Sometimes I think she just works magic but then I remember it's just her training and understanding of how the body works (or how it should) so she knows how to find problem spots. There are times where I don't even have to point her to work on a specific spot because she has already found it and knows how to work it out. The increased mobility I have gotten from just a few sessions this year has made a significant improvement in my posture.
