Good care but way overpriced. I will be switching my vet next year since it’s $85 just for a visit.

Don’t buy any medication from them it’s marked up 3-400% from what it costs on chewy

I'm extremely impressed by how this vet handled my dog's recent allergic reaction to her vaccines. They cared for her immediately after I brought her back, gave her the necessary treatment, and kept an eye on her for the rest of the day at no charge.

At my previous vet (who I was with for 2 years), my chocolate lab was starting to decline and was having a myriad of problems, it was blamed on "old age" and there was nothing to do except a MRI which costs thousands of dollars. She got many labs and random medications that did not help, and we were treating her symptoms but there was no reason "why". I felt like I had to constantly do my own research and advocate for my dog (as a nurse some things cross over). During this time, I moved near WillowGlen Pet hospital and switched my dogs care there. The moment she got her labs done Dr. Williford said she was worried about a number of things on her results and gave me possible things that it could be. A week later we found she had hemangiosarcoma by diagnosis of ultrasound. It was a devastating diagnosis and we had to let her go 2 days later. It was so relieving to know what the cause was, as we were able to let her go peacefully at home. If I was still at her previous vet the hemangiosarcoma would have burst and she would have died of internal bleeding. I think the part that stings the most, is when I let both of these vets know that my dog had passed, the other vet emailed back saying "we are so sorry to hear this. I will update her record". Willowglen hospital actually took the time to send out a card with handwritten messages, when my dog was only in their care for 2 weeks. I will be forever thankful for the care willowglen pet hospital gave when my dog needed it the most and she was able to cross the rainbow bridge peacefully.
