Westside Family Vision Center Optometric Group is a multi-specialty optometry practice with over 30 years of experience. I had my first visit for my eye exam with Dr. Tsui. I haven’t had an eye exam in 15+ years and was honestly scared to come in. I say this because I was unsure what my exam would entail and have had bad experiences in the past with other doctors. My boyfriend who comes to this practice referred me. Dr. Tsui was so calm and had a great chair side manner. He made sure I had all of my questions answered and showed me photos and explained my eye conditions in a way I could understand and feel comfortable with. The front staff was very friendly and Linda greeted me right off the bat as if I were family. I would highly recommend Dr. Tsui and Westside Family Vision Center.
My whole family had been coming to this clinic for over 10 years and we have been seen by all doctors in both offices. Every appointment was outstanding, doctors are very knowledgeable, answering all questions, and provide clear and easy to follow instructions. I am grateful I have a team of doctors I can trust. I've been coming here probably close to 20 years now, since elementary school, and have always had a great experience with Dr. Fabian. Last week I had something going on with my eye and when I called in I was so happy they were able to fit me in the same day even though it was a weekend. Dr. Fabian wasn't in that day and I was seen by Dr. Tsui. He was so calm, kind, and totally eased my stress about what was going on. He walked me through everything that could be happening with my eye and explained it all so well. I felt very informed about what was going on and how to alleviate it. My check up a week later went just as well. I can't recommend Dr. Tsui enough, he is so personable and really makes you feel taken care of. 10/10
