Haven’t done business with them, but, when traveling, I had a tire blow out on a trailer, and one of the sales guys for Western stopped and helped me and my wife with a lug wrench because ours was the wrong size, it was yesterday Memorial Day Friday 2026 and he was headed to Sonora and Tahoe, he took an hour out of his life to help me get back on the road, and if this is a sign of their service to folks, I am impressed and blessed, I believe his name was Jim, I could be wrong I was rattled and it was loud and windy, but he was awesome and a blessing for us.
