Dr Shasta is amazing! Her bedside manner is warm and compassionate. She remembers things from the last visit and checks on you throughout your visit for a very personalized care feeling. I’ve seen her for microneedling services about 4 times and her bedside manner has stayed consistent. I highly recommend her for microneedling or acupuncture services.
I wanted to be proactive with my fertility journey so I started seeing Shasta for acupuncture twice a week in the first month of trying to conceive. I had a history of irregular cycles and shortly after seeing her regularly, my cycle went back to a 30-31 day cycle. These appointments were such a nice reprieve from my day and an amazing reset. She helped my nervous system calm down and improved my sleep. I got pregnant after 7 months of intentionally trying and am currently 18 weeks pregnant. I loved having Shasta be part of my fertility journey.
