Both my children have been going to the Almaden beach of Vision Martial Arts and we’ve been happy with their teaching philosophy and delivery of classes. Today she’s a confident and resilient black belt and enjoys volunteering her time as an instructor for the junior classes. We appreciate this class a lot! Compared to another class we tried in the area, VMA has a lower teacher-to-student ratio, and the class was run more efficiently with more practice time for the students. Master Martin has a great teaching manner--he's really fun but also doesn't hesitate to offer corrections to help the kids grow. Also, at VMA the cost of the uniform, belts, and gear is all included in the tuition, whereas the other studio charged for each item separately, and that kind of thing adds up over time. We've definitely seen our daughter grow in skill in the past year she's taken classes here!

My son started going here maybe two years ago? He enjoys his classes with Master Shawn a lot. Master Shawn is kind, firm and has a good sense of humor; he definitely enjoys working with the children.
