We needed help with multiple leak and clogging issues in the kitchen and bathroom. The team was very responsive and was able to fix all the issues in a very timely manner. Very happy with their customer support and quality of work.

My house needed whole repipe. I contacted several contractors. United plumbing price was reasonable and worths the quality of work. They responded very quickly. My house was completely repiped within two days in the same weekend with the best materials (copper). They scheduled the city inspection and it went smoothly without any modifications. this team is the most professional team I've worked with.

We had draining issue. Instead of using snake in the first place, Ren B and his parter checked the crawl space first, to figure out the pipe setup of the house, then started the work. This is pretty impressive, as this is the first time I see a plumber reading his homework before starting to write.

Although Ren B had another appointment before the current job finishes, he and his parter managed to come back the same day to finish the job. This is the responsible attitude to the customer.

This is the first time I work with the United Plumbing. If Ren B and his parter can represent other crew team in the same company, I would highly recommend this plumbing company.

Our central AC stopped cooling the house in the midst of heat wave a few days ago, and we were scrambling to find someone to fix it for us. Luckily Yelp helped us to find united plumbing and water heaters! Their customer service was super responsive and answered all my questions and booked a next day appointment for us in no time. Their technician, Oleg and Sam, arrived on time the next day and greeted me with smile. They located the issue (it's the capacitor!) within 10 mins of arrival and fixed it in the next 10 mins. The total price was very reasonable. They also checked our filter and let us know it needs to be replaced as well. Throughout the process Oleg and Sam have been very professional, easy to communicate and courteous. Had we have future needs we will definitely contact United Plumbing again!

I’ve been using these guys for the last couple of plumbing fixes I needed at my home. They are very prompt to respond, appointments are available same day, and they do a good job if a follow up is needed in taking care of the remaining issues. They are easy to work with and are reasonably priced as well.

The service person speak limited English but he fixed the problem quickly and very pleasant to work with.
